This policy covers browsing, purchases, support, returns and privacy requests.
2. Information and sources
We receive information you provide, including name, contact details, billing and delivery addresses, selected products and options, order amounts and support messages. You may provide photographs or other information relevant to a product concern. Provide only what is needed for the request.
Account features, when used, require account and sign-in information.
Payment services process payment credentials. Information available to us includes transaction identifiers, status and limited details needed for orders and refunds. Do not send full card details, passwords or unrelated identity documents through support channels.
The storefront and its providers also process technical and interaction information, including IP address, browser and device characteristics, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, cart activity and checkout events.
Information comes directly from you, automatically through website interactions, and from providers involved in payments, delivery and store operation.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use information to receive and fulfill orders, process payments, deliver goods, provide order updates, maintain security, prevent fraud, answer questions and handle returns, refunds and disputes.
We also use information for applicable accounting, tax, recordkeeping and consumer-protection obligations.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on performing a contract, requested pre-contractual steps, legal obligations, proportionate legitimate interests or consent. Optional tracking and promotional activities require consent where legally required.
If you receive promotional emails from us, they include an unsubscribe method where applicable. Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop communications necessary for an existing order.
4. Providers and Shopify services
Information needed for the relevant function is shared with Shopify, payment providers, carriers, fulfillment providers and services supporting communications or store administration.
We may disclose information when you authorize it, to comply with law, protect rights and safety, prevent misuse, or support a lawful business transfer with appropriate protections.
Shopify hosts this store and processes information when you visit and purchase through it.
When Shopify Enhanced Services are used, Shopify processes information from your interactions with this store, other merchants and Shopify to provide, protect and improve those services, including personalization and advertising where enabled and permitted. Information is shared with Shopify and other providers, which may be located in other countries. Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy explains its own processing and your available choices.
Where we use optional analytics or advertising services, the relevant providers may receive device identifiers and browsing or purchase events for measurement or advertising, subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements. Service providers receive information relevant to their functions; this does not mean every provider receives all order or payment information.

Shopify can act under its own responsibilities for processing described in its notices.
5. Cookies and advertising choices
Cookies and similar technologies support sessions, carts, checkout, preferences and security. Optional analytics, personalization and advertising processing depend on the services used and applicable requirements.
Where a cookie preference control is displayed, use it to accept, reject or adjust optional tracking choices. You can also manage cookies through your browser, although blocking essential cookies may affect the cart or checkout. Cookie settings, advertising opt-outs and unsubscribing from marketing emails are separate choices.
Use the available controls to manage applicable choices or withdraw consent. Certain advertising disclosures can constitute sale, sharing or targeted advertising under applicable United States state laws.
Privacy choices and opt-out requests:
https://meritcreator.com/pages/data-sharing-opt-out
Recognized browser or device opt-out signals are handled as required by applicable law and the integrated controls. Contact us if you need assistance.
6. International processing and security
Shopify and other providers may process information outside your state or country. This policy does not claim that all processing remains in one country or hosting region.
Where transfers require safeguards, applicable adequacy decisions, approved contractual safeguards or other lawful mechanisms are used. Contact us for information about relevant safeguards.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Independent third-party services have their own privacy practices.
7. Retention
Retention depends on the purpose and applicable requirements. Order records are retained for fulfillment, returns, applicable warranty obligations, accounting and tax requirements, and necessary dispute handling.
Support records are retained for requests and related legitimate needs. Marketing preferences are retained as needed to respect your choices and applicable requirements. We do not apply one indefinite period to every category.
8. Rights and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of information, withdraw consent, object to certain processing or opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Applicable appeals and protection against unlawful discrimination may also be available.
